Friendly staff, which made me want to return for sure. A great spot to use as a base for exploring around. I really enjoyed my time here! 😊

The staff were friendly and extremely helpful with advice and booking of tours cruises etc. They also drove us to and from the airport. The apartment had everything we needed oven, cooktop, microwave, fridge, washing machine, drier. It was spacious and comfortable and had a balcony where we could sit out and listen to the birds. There was undercover secure parking for our hire car. It is close enough to walk to the city centre but there were shops and restaurants only a few minutes walk away.

Nothing to complain about, this was a brilliant stay in the winter. It was in a central setting 35min to downtown. Further, it was short walk to restaurants and shopping, shopping mall and lagoon...

The value for money at Koala Court Holiday was excellent - big, clean rooms with comfy beds and all the amenities we needed. The location was convenient, within walking distance to the CBD and close to shops and fast food options. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home.

The breakfast menu could have offered more variety.

my extremely spacious and air-conditioned room had a walk in wardrobe and a large kitchen. the beds where exceptionally comfortable, everything was very good. the pool was very clean and i had good drinks in the irish bar. the staff was very nice and check in was early.

Enjoyed my stay here during the winter months. the rooms were super clean and had everything I needed. the staff were awesome and really looked after me. 👌

Koala Court was a pleasant place to stay. The managers were absolutely brilliant. Nothing was to hard for them. They even arranged all of our tours including car hire if we wanted it. The rooms were old, probably four star when new, but they were clean and tidy. The pool was great for the kids. (Not hot enough for us). The whole complex was in a lovely setting. Approxiamately a half hour walk to the main part of the Esplanade.

The way we were made feel welcome, nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Friendly to talk to. Location was ideal handy to everything. Will stay tthere again if the opportunity arises.

Thank you for the very nice stay in the winter. the venue is placed in a central position how to get to the rainforest. - It's also adjacent to supermarket and convenience store, a large, regional tourist destination and best restaurants, and shops in the area including the delicatessen and a map to orientate guests.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was perfect for our needs; clean & comfortable. It wasn't too noisy.

We found it was situated a bit too far out of the city centre to walk into. Could have done with a lift - to save carrying heavy suitcases. I did request a top floor apartment - on the assumption there would be a lift. I would like to have had a small carton of milk in the fridge upon our arrival as there was tea, coffee & sugar available but no milk!

The staff was personable. The room was neat. Central location was a plus. It was just off the Botanical Gardens and the Mt Whitfield tracks. Many eating places and best restaurants, and shops were nearby. Greatly enjoyed their Irish bar.

I stayed Koala Court Holiday Apartment with my family for 3 nights. There are 2 bed rooms and one living room. The rooms were crean and comfortable. All kitchin equipments were set in the room, so we cooked our breakfast every morning. In addition, there was a barbecue space. We had a barbecue near the pool. We enjoyed it!!

The location of the hotel was a little bit far from the center. It took for about 20 minutes on foot. For my dad it was far>_
